When do I pick up?

After 10 minutes from appointment time, if the pet has not been dropped off, a $15 late fee may be added as well as the appointment rescheduled. If the pet is still not dropped off after 15 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled and all charges for missed appointment must be paid before rescheduling.

All owners receive a call or text 15 minutes before pickup. After 30 minutes from the original phone call or text, a late pickup fee of $20 may be applied. After 45 minutes from original message, a $50 fee may be applied as well as cancellation of any future services.

All prices initially quoted are estimates and subject to change based on the dog's behavior, condition of coat, size, and other extenuating factors.

All appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of service. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 6pm the Friday before.
