Baths and Mini grooms

A bath or mini groom can only be completed on a dog without matting. If the dog is unable to receive the service due to matting, the full cost of the service will still be due.  

Any ”emergency grooms” (grooms that need to be completed asap such as severe matting or last minute scheduling) will automatically be double the standard price. If the dog is severely matted, there will be a $50-$100 matting charge due to the extra time and risk involved on top of the emergency groom charge (if applicable).
